At USA Gundam Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and gear. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is processed successfully.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
